• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained

• Plan menus

• Order food and supplies based on camp occupancy, menu plan, existing inventory; schedule and receive deliveries

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner daily

• Accommodate special dietary needs as required

• Ensure kitchen and storage areas are clean and organized at all times

• Maintain public dining area in a clean and well-stocked manner

• Food safety certification

• Reliable Transportation

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Cook

• Previous experience cooking in a remote location for large groups would be considered an asset

• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and email

• Previous experience with inventory and ordering procedures would be considered an asset

• Self-motivated; able to do shift and weekend work
