Broder Cafe on SE Clinton St in Portland is seeking an experienced line cook for full time (4-5 shifts a week, 32-40hrs) or part-time (2-3 shifts, 16-24hrs per week.)

Ideal availability is Sunday through Thursday, but will be flexible for right candidate.

Shift hours are 8am-4:30pm (5pm at the latest on extremely busy days).

Wages between $19 and $20 per hour DOE, plus generous tip pool .

Family meal provided at end of day.

Candidates should possess good punctuality, ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs, have solid knife skills, and withstand physically intense tasks in an extremely fast-paced and high-volume small cafe setting. Sautee experience is highly preferred, as well as experience with cooking eggs to order. Candidates should also exhibit a strong work ethic, good stress management andmunication skills, and a generally positive attitude - we work hard and support each other, and we also like to have fun and be happy when we're at work. :)
