MWL team members are wee to train on all BOH stations. We are currently hiring for:

PM LINE COOK. PT- FT availability. 3-4 nights (10 hour shifts) a week

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Knife skills, seasoning, roasting, baking, saute, cooking different cuts to temp, working in a fast paced environment, attention to detail, timeliness

Interest in working with seasonal, local food

2 years cooking experience in a professional & busy setting

A positive attitude with a team mentality
