Dishwasher/Line Cook

- Cook and plate meals according to established standards and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with menu planning and suggest improvements or modifications as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
