Whether you're a seasoned chef or newer to the industry, as a Chef at The Canopy Lounge, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and innovative flair.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Engage in menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and captivating array of dishes including fresh fish, seafood, steaks and even wild game!
• Implement portion control measures to uphold consistency and excellence
• Demonstrate exceptional knife skills in food preparation
• Maintain elevated standards of food quality and presentation
• Utilize various cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, baking, and more to create delectable dishes

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in back of house operations
• Proficiency in fryer and food handling procedures
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding service quality
• Demonstrate strong culinary skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in catering and food and beverage management
• Knowledge of merchandising and stocking procedures
• Prior experience in ordering and inventory management
• Serv Safe Certification.
