Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans. Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for various dining occasions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during all food handling processes. Support the team by assisting with food service during peak hours. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other culinary tools. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery and high-quality service. Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Skills Strong culinary skills with experience in meal preparation and fine dining settings. Proficiency in knife skills and safe food handling practices. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within a restaurant environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others as needed.
