Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead menu planning and recipe development to create innovative and delectable dishes
2. Manage food costs and ensure profitability while upholding high food quality standards
3. Supervise kitchen operations and staff to guarantee smooth and efficient service
4. Coordinate events and ensure an exceptional culinary experience
5. Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations
6. Ensure and coordinate food orders are timely, accurate while minimizing food waste
7. Control labor costs while estimating staffing needs

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in culinary management and back of house operations
• Position requires a hands-on individual to oversee prep, work the line, and train the staff
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety practices
• Ability to coordinate staffing and manage labor costs to optimize kitchen efficiency
• Experience in menu development and catering for diverse audiences
• Organized, clean, and able to communicate effectively with the public and work with the staff and owner
• ServSafe Certified
• Must be willing to relocate to the Willamette Valley
