We are looking for a Banquet Cook to join our Culinary Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume food preparation and will ensure the timely and efficient production of banquet menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.

The candidate must also have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to collaborate with other members of the culinary team. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable taking initiative.

• Prepare and cook food for banquets and special events.

• Follow standardized recipes and presentation specifications.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.

• Ensure food is stored and rotated properly following health and safety guidelines.

• Assist with set-up, service, and breakdown of banquet events.

• Collaborate with chefs and other cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Monitor food quality and presentation for consistency.

• 1–2 years of experience in a banquet, catering, or high-volume kitchen environment.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
