Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and innovative menu
• Food cost management to maintain profitability and quality standards
• Kitchen management to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency
• Food quality control to uphold our high standards of excellence
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and exciting dishes

Required Skills:

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• Experience in back of house operations
• Knowledge of banquet catering and menu development
• Strong understanding of labor and food cost management
• Proficiency in food preparation, sanitation, and food safety practices

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in ServSafe and Food Safety
• Experience in catering and food and beverage management
• Skills in cooking, cost management, ordering, and inventory control

Salary and Benefits:

The Executive Sous Chef position at 2 Twelve Kitchen + Bar offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $46,000, commensurate with experience.
