We are a growing, successful multi unit restaurant group seeking trained professionals and seasoned chefs for all of our restaurants. We have properties in Columbia SC, Charleston, SC and Savannah GA.  Preferred qualified candidates would possess a strong work ethic, vast knowledge of cooking techniques, seasonal ingredients, inventory, cost control and revenue analysis and most importantly kitchen management with emphasis in consistency.


We are seeking natural born leaders who desire to run a kitchen in one of our upscale casual and fine dining concepts.


Requirements -

  • 5+ Years of Kitchen Management Experience
  • 5+ Years of Upscale/Fine Dining Concept
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • Some College / College Degree Preferred
  • Food handling Manager Certification Preferred 
  • Reliable Transportation to and from work
  • Availability of nights, weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office


Job Duties -

Expectations of Executive Chefs in our restaurants are responsible but not limited to: Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen up to state health regulation, All Human Resources involving the kitchen staff, Constantly checking for consistency and quality in all of our recipes, Creating specialty menu items, Purchasing, Working with vendors and negotiating prices, Controlling food cost and labor cost, Counting inventory, maintaining healthy inventory levels, working hand in hand with other management staff and operators, Creating a positive kitchen culture that promotes engagement and enthusiasm with cooking and the importance of consistency within our kitchen operation.
