Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar culinary team operates a high-volume scratch kitchen. Marble Room, is a Savour Hospitality restaurant- a collection of fine-dining, independently owned and operated restaurants and hotel in Northeast Ohio.

Responsibilities :

  • Craft innovative, high-quality menus featuring prime cuts, seafood, and seasonal ingredients, upholding Marble Rooms award-winning standards.

  • Lead kitchen operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.

  • Ensure impeccable food quality, presentation, and compliance with health standards, including ServSafe protocols.

  • Manage food costs, inventory, and relationships with premium local suppliers.

  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and management to elevate guest experiences, maintaining our reputation for excellence and historic charm.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of culinary experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role (e.g., Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef) in fine dining.

  • Expertise in steak and seafood preparation, with a focus on upscale techniques and artistry.

  • Proven leadership in high-volume kitchens, with strong skills in team management.

  • Knowledge of cost control and supplier sourcing; culinary degree or equivalent preferred; ServSafe certification required.
