Masaharu Morimotos flagship restaurant, Morimoto , affiliated with STARR Restaurants , serves as a showcase for the world-renowned chefs exhilarating cuisine. Drawing inspiration from both Japanese tradition and Western culinary techniques, Morimoto unlocks hidden layers of flavor on every plate from an a la carte meal to an opulent omakase (tasting menu), pristine sushi, sashimi and maki.

The team is seeking Sushi Cooks who have refined the art of Nigiri, Sashimi, and Sushi making, but are now looking to learn more.

  • 2+ years working as a sushi chef/cook

  • Strong knife skills
