Key Responsibilities: Culinary Excellence & Innovation
  • Lead the development and execution of high-level, seasonal menus with refined techniques and elevated presentations

  • Maintain the highest standards of flavor, texture, and plating aesthetics in all dishes

  • Oversee recipe development, standardization, and documentation for consistency and quality

Team Leadership & Development
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse culinary team, promoting skill development and professional growth

  • Lead daily kitchen operations with focus, discipline, and clear communication

  • Conduct regular training on culinary techniques, kitchen safety, and food handling protocols

  • Delegate responsibilities strategically to empower team members and encourage accountability

Healthy Kitchen Culture
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment that prioritizes well-being and teamwork

  • Promote open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect across all levels of staff

Operational & Financial Oversight
  • Manage food and labor costs to align with budgetary goals without compromising quality

  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships with attention to quality sourcing

  • Ensure full compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations

  • Collaborate with FOH leadership to create seamless guest experiences and address feedback proactively

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive kitchen leadership, with experience in fine dining or upscale culinary environments

  • Expert knowledge of advanced culinary techniques and global cuisines

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $100,000.00)
