16Eleven, a fine dining establishment in downtown Everett, looking for a full time line cook.

40 Hours/week (typically 4 10 s)

Must have open availability. (The restaurant is closed on Sundays, however)

$20-$24 per hour DOE

Wages supplemented by tip from front of house

Free shift meal and access to events at the venue located in the same building.

Some of the duties will include,

Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes

Preparing ingredients andponents of each recipe on the restaurant s menu

Maintaining freshness of product and rotating old product out

Working with a team of Cooks to handle varying levels of activity

Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination

Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
