Responsibilities
Execute mise en place and service at a high level of organization and speed.
Work pasta, grill, or veg stations (experience with fresh pasta is a plus).
Uphold plating standards food should be beautiful, vibrant, and true to Barbutos ethos.
Collaborate with the team to create delicious, seasonal family meals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

What Were Looking For
2 + year of professional kitchen experience (school or externship counts).
Passion for seasonality, Italian flavors, and learning new techniques.
A positive, team-oriented attitude we thrive when everyone contributes.
