Tacocat is looking for its next kitchen lead cook for immediate work! Cooking some of the best interior Mexican food in New England, our operation and concept is widely popular with both locals and tourists alike. Inspired by the owners many years in the south, Tacocat serves incredible carne asada, mole, carnitas, chicken and fresh catch tacos with curated recipes from our chefs and owner.
Position is full-time, plus tips during solo shifts (weekday shifts). All shifts are AM or PM, with some weekday shifts hosting lunch and dinner only. Operating the full kitchen in the food truck requires knowledge of all menu preparation, stocking, inventory as well.

Looking for line cook/chef with experience cooking Mexican food. Not a deal breaker if you can't, we can teach you! Looking for exciting career-oriented individual who wants to grow with our operation as we seek to expand in to a brick and mortar next year.

Benefits available (health, eye, dental, 401k) after six months with the company.

Inspirados por los anos de experiencia de nuestros propietarios en el sur, Tacocat sirve increibles tacos de carne asada, mole, carnitas, pollo y pescado fresco con recetas seleccionadas por nuestros chefs y el propietario. El puesto es de tiempo completo, mas propinas durante los turnos individuales (entre semana). Todos los turnos son de manana o tarde, y algunos entre semana solo ofrecen almuerzo y cena. Operar la cocina completa en el food truck requiere conocimientos de preparacion de menus, almacenamiento e inventario. Se busca cocinero/chef con experiencia en cocina mexicana. No te preocupes si no sabes, te ensenamos! Buscamos una persona con ganas de trabajar y con ganas de crecer con nuestra operacion mientras buscamos expandirnos a una tienda fisica el proximo ano.
