Baker

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Early Morning Baker to join our team. This is a part-time position with a start time of 2:00 AM , perfect for early risers who enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Prepare and bake a variety of fresh baked goods according to recipes and standards

Work efficiently and quickly to meet daily production goals

Operate commercial kitchen equipment and handle hot ovens safely

Lift and carry heavy bags of ingredients and baking trays (up to 50 lbs)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Have a current food handler's permit

Assist with inventory and restocking as needed

Ability to start work promptly at 2:00 AM

Able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time

Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under time constraints

Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Baking experience is a plus, but not required we will train the right person
