- **Kitchen Operations:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized according to company policies. Assist in maintaining and ordering inventory as needed.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other kitchen staff and management to ensure timely and efficient service. Communicate effectively, offering support and guidance to fellow team members when needed.

- **Quality Control:** Regularly check the freshness and quality of ingredients and finished dishes. Take appropriate measures to address any issues related to food quality or safety.

- **Menu Development:** Participate in the creation and development of new menu items. Offer innovative ideas that enhance the dining experience and stay informed about current food trends.

- **Efficiency and Time Management:** Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Prepare ingredients and dishes in a timely manner to meet service demands.
