THE JOB:

As a Lead Cook in the Main Kitchen, you will take a hands-on leadership role in producing a wide range of distinctive dishes that support multiple outlets across our property. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will ensure consistency, quality, and exceptional flavor in every bite, creating memorable dining experiences that stay with our guests long after their visit. You'll also help mentor and guide the team, maintaining high standards and seamless kitchen operations.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.46/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Communicate with management, chef and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issue or needs requested byguests and employees.
• Expedite and coordinate service and produce according to par levels.
• Responsible for normal operation of stations. Able to work saute, sauce, grill, cold seafood, pastry and appetizer station.
• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 18+ years of age
• Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Has 1 year of mass production culinary experience
• Preferably has 5+ years of high-volume cooking experience
