Job DetailsSmish Smash is looking for a reliable, focused, and hard-working Line Cook to join our tight-knit kitchen crew. This is more than a jobits a chance to help build something special. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and organization.
Set the standardbe prompt, dependable, and ready to lead by example.
Maintain high-quality food prep, plating, and portion control during service.
Communicate clearly with team members and management to keep the line running smoothly.
Enforce and uphold food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Assist with inventory, ordering, and basic equipment upkeep.
Collaborate on menu specials, prep, and creative ideas when needed.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a high-paced kitchen.
Working hours (flexible):
Sunday 10:30am-7:30pm
Wed-Thurs 3:30pm-8:30pm
Fri 3:30pm-9:30pm
Sat 3:30pm-9:30pmA reliable, punctual person who understands the impact of their presence.
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
A team-first attitude with the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
An interest in growing with us long-termthere is room to take on more down the line.
