Job Details Early To Rise is seeking line cooks to join our team to work our griddle and saute stations. We are a unique brunch destination in NoPa, featuring an old-school menu, but with all of our major staples made in the house.We are proud to make all of our own breakfast meats (bacon, ham, sausage, etc.), breads (bagels, English muffins and so on) as well as butter, hot sauce, jam ... you name it. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and embrace a high level of craftsmanship, authenticity, and genuine hospitality, we would like to meet you.
Applicants should:
- Have 2 years experience as a line cook, with at least one year working either a saute or griddle station.
- Fine dining experience is preferred.
- Have excellent organization and quality standards.
- Be able to work with speed, energy and focus in the mornings.
- Have full-time availability.
Some overtime is common. Qualified applicants will be expected to attend a paid, working interview (stage) for about five hours. Please come prepared with basic kitchen tools, a chef's knife, nonslip shoes, black pants and a head covering.
