Job Description:

• Supervising kitchen operations
• Creating food presentations and food displays using authentic Thai aesthetic
• Preparing and cooking authentic Thai foods using Thai culinary expertise
• Collaborating with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers
• Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• Checking the quantity and quality of received products
• Determining how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays
• Determining production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
• Following standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• Checking stock levels and ordering supplies

Wage : $50,690

Requirement: 24-36 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2-3 years of experience in Thai cooking).
