The ideal candidates will have:
* At least 1 year of kitchen prep or line experiencepizza or dough skills are a bonus!
* Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations
* Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment where every second counts.
* Basic knife skills and time management skills
* Outstanding communication and organizational skills paired with a team-player attitude.
* Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
*A keen palate to ensure every dish meets our quality standards before it leaves the kitchen
