Executive Chef, Mourad Lahlou has strong roots in creating modern Morrocan cuisine while highlighting local, Californian ingredients, purveyors, and preparations. Chef Mourad has cultivated several very successful restaurants, including 2 which have achieved a 1 Michelin star rating (including Aziza!). The demands are very high for our entire team, our guests expect the highest quality of cuisine and service, but with a relaxed & welcoming approach. For the right candidate, duties will include, but not be limited to, opening, closing, directing line-staff throughout service, prepping, and optional R D. A chef with a sense of urgency, professionalism, passionate, yet tempered, would be the best fit for our Michelin recommended restaurant, with almost 25 years tenure in the Central Richmond district of SF.
