Daily Responsibilities:

  • Menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and appealing selection
  • Kitchen management to oversee all aspects of food preparation and service
  • Food cost management to maintain budget and profitability
  • Ensuring high food quality standards are consistently met
  • Back of house operations to streamline kitchen processes

Required Skills:

  • Experience in culinary management
  • Strong background in banquet catering and fine dining
  • Menu development expertise
  • Knowledge of labor and food cost management
  • Proficiency in food preparation and sanitation practices

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Culinary arts degree or certification
  • ServSafe Certified
  • Experience in food safety and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)
  • Expertise in cooking techniques and food and beverage management

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range from $40,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
