Pastry Chef Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Developing and updating dessert menus that complement the overall concept and theme of the establishment.
• Create innovative and seasonal dessert offerings, taking into account customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and ingredient availability.
• The Pastry Chef will be responsible for all financial, staffing, and operational execution of the business.
• Required minimum of 10 years experience in a kitchen management role or equivalent knowledge.
• Four-year Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent knowledge.
