We are seeking a Sous Chef for our Red Bank location!
Fine dining/ upscale dining experience is a plus
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Collaborate with Executive Chef to create new menu items based on the company culture
- Assist in the development of the staff
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
