Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Maintain food quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage restaurant staff and provide leadership and guidance
• Implement cost management strategies to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Required Skills:

• Strong background in restaurant operations and management
• Exceptional focus on food quality and service excellence
• ServSafe Certified with knowledge of food safety protocols
• Experience in staff management, interviewing, and leadership development
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Nice to Have Skills: Cooking experience, retail background, strong math skills

Salary Range: $37,580 - $55,000 annually
