Key Responsibilities:

Line Cooks:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to our high standards and menu specifications.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with pizza ovens and working with fresh pasta.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar back-of-house role preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with pizza ovens and fresh pasta is ideal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-player attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • A passion for food, cooking, and working with fresh ingredients.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
