Key Responsibilities:
Line Cooks:
- Prepare and cook food items according to our high standards and menu specifications.
- Ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Ideal candidates will have experience with pizza ovens and working with fresh pasta.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar back-of-house role preferred, but not required.
- Experience with pizza ovens and fresh pasta is ideal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-player attitude and strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A passion for food, cooking, and working with fresh ingredients.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
