Our Menus & Hours:

  • Dinner nightly (closed by 9 pm SundayThursday; 10 pm Friday & Saturday)

  • Friday lunch

  • Weekend brunch (Saturday & Sunday)

What Youll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and refine menus with a focus on sustainability, local sourcing, and smart ingredient cross-utilization

  • Lead daily prep, line cooking, and production as needed

  • Place orders on the Chefs days off and maintain par levels

  • Mentor and train kitchen team members, fostering a positive, respectful work environment

  • Maintain culinary standards and uphold speed-of-service goals

  • Conduct weekly inventories and manage kitchen organization and equipment maintenance

  • Ensure full compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines

What Were Looking For:

  • No ego, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow

  • At least 1 year of BOH management experience

  • At least 2 years of line cook experience

  • Weekend and night availability

  • Manager-level Food Handler Certificate

  • Leadership, adaptability, and a calm head under pressure
