Salumeria Rosi, a well-established Italian restaurant on the Upper West Side, is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook to join our professional kitchen team. Were looking for a candidate who is motivated, dependable, and passionate about quality food and teamwork. If you have experience in high-volume kitchens and an interest in Italian cuisine, this could be the ideal role.

Job Requirements:
12 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
Familiarity with culinary techniques and terminology
Strong knife skills and plating abilities
Ability to follow recipes with precision
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Organized with strong multitasking skills
Understands kitchen sanitation and safety standards
Able to lift 50 lbs and work standing for long periods
Must be able to climb stairs regularly during shift
Clear communication and a willingness to learn
Full training is provided.
