Hidden Valley Orchards is on the lookout for skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes that highlight the fresh, seasonal ingredients from our orchard. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications, while maintaining consistency in presentation and flavor.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, completing orders on time and to guest specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure a sufficient supply of ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication.
- Participate in daily kitchen clean-up and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Competitive hourly wage based on experience ($12.00-$14.00 per hour).
