Job DetailsLena Brava and Cruz Blanca are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef that can aid in evening service. We are a high volume restaurant that focuses on Mexican flavors, live fire, and handmade tacos.
Responsibilities include but, are not limited to:
- oversight of line set up
- tasting food, maintaining quality
- expedite dinner service
- use existing systems
- aid in prep sheets
- oversee kitchen closure
- work with managers, both front and back
- have all necessary licenses to work in the city of Chicago
- bilingual a plus
Compensation DetailsCompensation: Salary/Hourly ($23.00 - $26.00)
