What You'll Do:

  • Design and execute an inventive, seasonal menu that celebrates global flavors and modern techniques.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to uphold impeccable quality, consistency, and visual presentation.

  • Guide, mentor, and develop sous chefs and team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive kitchen culture.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment, with a strong emphasis on scratch cooking.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume setting.

  • Strong foundation in multicultural cuisine and a creative approach to menu development.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a people-focused mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving kitchen environment.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary between $75,000 and $85,000 , plus performance-based bonuses .
