Dallas National is a member owned private golf club located in southwest Dallas. We are looking for a line cook that is dedicated to their craft and passionate about the hospitality industry. You need to be a motivated self-starter that possesses a hunger for learning and growing with a team. Must be proficient, respectful of others and work in a neat and organized manner.
Essential Duties
- Prep and cook while working smart, clean and organized
- Take direction and feedback to insure quality of product
- Sets up, maintains and breaks down pantry cook station
- Prepares all required items while maintaining quality and standards
- Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
- Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary
- Maintains neat professional appearance

- Annual Compensation $38,000-$42,000

High school diploma/GED required
2 years kitchen, line cook experience, preferred.
Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
