Peal Box, The cocktail bar above Heroes is seeking a Cook with attention to detail, a willingness to learn. The cook will be expected to follow a prep list, keep up with a fast paced environment, communicate effectively, and execute prep work to the highest quality. We are building an environment where there is room to grow, collaborate, and learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu items efficiently and with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to menu development and creativity.
  • Handle food preparation and cooking tasks with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-end restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mentality.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($23.00 - $25.00)

Benefits & Perks: 40 hours a week over 4 shifts a week
