Location: Sooda Korean BBQ, The Amazing Brentwood Mall, Burnaby, BC
Schedule: 4 days per week

Position: Line Cook

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of kitchen or line cook experience

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Comfortable with grilling, frying, sauteing, and plating

Punctual, organized, and team-oriented

Must have valid work authorization in Canada

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Korean or Asian cuisine is an asset

Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and knife handling

Understanding of portion control and inventory awareness

Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow kitchen hygiene standards (FIFO, cross-contamination, etc.)

Ability to follow recipes and plating standards with consistency

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
