Job Details About us: We are a small batch, artisanal bakery that specializes in distinctive pastries. We believe in keeping a safe and welcoming environment that focuses on mutual respect and transparency. We promote learning with room for creativity and building community with integrity, no egos. About you: The ideal candidate is serious about learning the ins and outs of baking viennoisserie, modern pastry and bread. Someone who can multitask while keeping close attention to detail, follow direction and keep a neat and clean workspace. We are a small team, open communication is key.- One year of professional baking experience.
- Must be available weekends. Shifts start at 6am or 8am
- Be able to stand for 8hrs a day and lift up to 50lbs
- Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate including Allergy awareness.
- Being able to differentiate between proofed, overproofed and underproofed bakegoods is a huge plus.
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $21.00) plus tips
