We are an open counter kitchen with a variety of take out and dine in customers. Sushi is not fast food however, we prioritize a balance of quality and quick service with our sushi, fried, and steamed food. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and standards
• Cook our steamed and fried items
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Assist in menu planning and development

Required Skills:

• Menu Planning: Ability to create and execute diverse and innovative menus
• Food Cost Management: Knowledge of controlling costs while maintaining quality
• Knife Skills: Precision and proficiency in handling knives
• Plate Presentation: Attention to detail in presenting dishes attractively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Seafood: Experience in handling and preparing various types of seafood
• Recipe Development: Ability to create unique and delicious recipes

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $34,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $44,000.00
