Job Details Mozzaplex is looking for an AM Baker: must be available 4am - 5 days, weekends a must.Pizzeria Mozza, Chi Spacca, and Osteria Mozza is owned by Chef, Author and James Beard Award Winners Nancy Silverton and Joe Bastianich.
Responsibilities:
- Mixing, scaling, and baking an array of morning pastries, cakes and cookies.
- Maintain a clean and safe space in accordance with operations and sanitation guidelines.
- Willing to learn and adapt to work in a small kitchen
- Foster a positive work environment
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Ability to work on your feet for a full shift and lift up to 50+ lbs during the shift.
