Job Details Mozzaplex is looking for an AM Baker: must be available 4am - 5 days, weekends a must.

Pizzeria Mozza, Chi Spacca, and Osteria Mozza is owned by Chef, Author and James Beard Award Winners Nancy Silverton and Joe Bastianich.

Responsibilities:
  • Mixing, scaling, and baking an array of morning pastries, cakes and cookies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe space in accordance with operations and sanitation guidelines.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to work in a small kitchen
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently.
  • Ability to work on your feet for a full shift and lift up to 50+ lbs during the shift.
