Chef Chetan Shetty , formerly of Rania in DC and Indian Accent, is seeking a talented Sous Chef for our new modern Indian restaurant opening in the Flatiron neighborhood November 1st.

Under Chef Chetan's leadership, Rania was awarded its first Michelin star in just its opening year, and we aspire to achieve similar recognition in NYC! While experience in Indian cuisine is not mandatory, some familiarity would be a plus.

Competencies & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a fine dining environment
  • Strong pastry skills and accurate knife skills
  • Ability to read and follow recipes and standards
  • Capacity to produce high-quality work efficiently
  • Commitment to food safety procedures as per DOH regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective time management
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
