Carversville Inn, located in beautiful Bucks County, PA, is seeking an experienced, skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, youll work in a fast paced environment, preparing dishes to our high standards while maintaining cleanliness and organization. Our team is passionate about great food, teamwork, and providing an outstanding guest experience.

Job Tasks/Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, taking inventory of all items required for station set-up and determining those items that require preparation
• Ensure food is cooked and presented properly, with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the overall kitchen
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and remain focused under pressure

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook is required
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food prep techniques, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
