Execute proteins and grilled vegetables with finesse and consistency during high-volume service

Collaborate with a top-tier culinary team focused on quality, seasonality, and presentation

Maintain a clean, organized station and follow food safety and sanitation protocols

Contribute to the rhythm and energy of a high-performing kitchen that values respect and excellence

What Were Looking For:

2+ years grill experience in upscale or fine dining environments

Deep knowledge of cooking temperatures, meat preparation, and grill timing

Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure

Professionalism, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
