THE JOB:

As a Cook at Jia, youll bring skill and speed to one of the most dynamic kitchens on property. Our four-diamond Asian Fusion restaurant is known for bold flavors, elegant presentation, and unforgettable guest experiences. Youll be at the heart of it all. From intricately plated dishes to fast-paced service, your role helps bring the menu to life. This is a high-volume, high-standard kitchen where every plate tells a story. Step into the spotlight at Jia and cook at the pace of excellence.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.55

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards.

• Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas.

• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of fine dining culinary techniques

• Practice seafood handling skills and shuck oysters as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 18+ years of age

• Preferably has 2+ years of culinary experience in a line cook setting

• Preferably experienced in Fry, Saute, Grill and other stations around the kitchen
