At the helm of Babbo is Chef Mark Ladner, a James Beard Award winning chef who earned two Michelin stars and a four-star New York Times review as Executive Chef of Del Posto. Alongside Chef Ladners reimagined culinary program is a wine & beverage program of great depth with a wine cellar that is the home to rare gems and benchmark Italian wine producers spanning the country from north to south. This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A Base Salary Range of $78,500- $87,500

- Deep knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine, ingredients, and techniques
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees
- 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a sous chef in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
- Ability to support the line during service while managing transition from prep to service
- Excellent meat/fish butchery and pasta production experience is highly preferred
Compensation: Salary ($78,500.00 - $87,500.00)
