Full-Time - BOH Prep Person (Restaurant)

King-Bruwaert House is a premier Senior Living community located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. With the completion of our two newest buildings, The Martin Jahn Healthcare Pavilion and our new luxurious Independent Living apartments, "The Gardens", we're excited with the continued growth and expansion of our beautiful community and the quality of care we provide to our residents.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Back of the House Prep Person to work in our Independent restaurant, "Edmond's". Fine Dining restaurant experience preferred. This position will assist in a wide-range of tasks including cutting vegetables, variety of different meats, serving our guests, and assisting with clean up. If you enjoy working in a senior living setting, the King-Bruwaert House is the place for you.

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have at least 1-2 years of commercial restaurant service experience
• Must have Serve-Safe Food Certification
• Must be able to communicate with guests and co-workers
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
