Line Cook Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$16.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Second Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm)
Set up, operate, and maintain all kitchen stations: cold (garde manger), grill, saute, fry, and griddle
Accurately follow recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines for consistent quality
Collaborate with kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
Line Cook Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be proficient in executing and maintaining all line stations, including cold prep, grill, saute, fry, and griddle
