The senior line cook is responsible for assisting the Director of Culinary with the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing the line for breakfast & lunch service, alerting chefs as needed when items for the line need to be replenished.
  • Helping the chefs prep during down time.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work space - following all health/sanitary standards.
  • Reading meal tickets and preparing all hot items for breakfast & lunch.
  • Assisting cold/salad station as needed.
  • Maintaining a cordial & professional behavior with coworkers and front of house regardless of how busy the kitchen is getting.
  • Cleaning work station at end of shift.
This job is on the books. This is a seasonal position - Full Time & Part Time work available. Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $35.00)
