This is an exclusive opportunity to work in a fully staffed estate, providing exceptional culinary services to an elderly female client with unique personal and behavioral characteristics. The role requires emotional neutrality, professionalism, and utmost discretion at all times.Key Responsibilities:Plan and prepare high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals tailored to the clients preferences and medical needsAccommodate specific dietary requirements related to diabetes and other health concerns, which will be fully discussed during the interview processCollaborate with nursing staff to ensure meals align with current health and medication considerationsManage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, inventory, and sanitationMaintain a calm and composed demeanor in a setting that may include eccentric behaviors and conversationsExercise absolute discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentialityCandidate Requirements:Recent and updated Serve Safe Manager Food Handlers CertificateFormal Culinary training or equivalent experience in high-end private households or fine dining environmentsFemale Applicants only, as per clients requestDemonstrated experience in preparing meals for clients with medical or dietary restrictions, especially diabetesAbility to remain composed, professional, and non-reactive in unconventional or unpredictable environmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent professional references and the ability to pass a back ground check Must demonstrate discretion, loyalty and resilienceCompensation & Schedule:Full-time position, year round with flexibility as needed Highly competitive compensation, commensurate with experienceBenefits package included
