Requirements:

Reliable
Able to communicate effectively with other team members
2 years experience working in busy restaurants
Knowledge of modern kitchens, chefs, techniques
Must have positive attitude, self motivated
Flexible scheduling. Morning, midday, evening shifts available
Must thrive in close quarters with a tight team

Responsibilities (Included, but Not Limited To):
*Train, Hire, Schedule, Discipline and Manage all kitchen and back of house personnel
*Supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities including service and be present on the line
*Estimate food consumption and do all ordering based on daily and weekly pars and sales

-The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on outstanding customer service

- Confirm that all dishes are as fresh as possible and presentable
- Maintain a safe, sanitary and organized workspace
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Follow instructions accurately without close supervision

- Compile and update par sheets, prep sheets, station checklists, etc
- Perfect current recipes and develop new recipes; standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality

- Extensive knowledge of culinary fundamentals (knife skills, butchery, sauces, all kitchen stations) is required
- Culinary degree preferred
- Requires developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to supervise and motivate multiple levels of employees.
